WHO
CAN BECOME THE MEMBER OF THE JAMAT:
There
shall be four categories of members as follows: (a) Patron Member (b)
Life Member and (c) Ordinary Member. Any
individual who is a Muslim Chhipa from Chhipa Community from any part of
Rajasthan and whose wife, father and mother are/were Muslim Chhipa from
Chhipa Community from any part of Rajasthan and who have completed 18
years of his age and is residing in Mumbai , Thane district or Raigad
district of Maharashtra may become a member of the Jamat by making an
application in writing signed by him in the form prescribed. The
Managing Committee may reject any such application if it does not
approve of the applicant, without assigning any reason whatsoever, and
on such rejection of the application, the patron member ship fee/the
life membership fee/admission fee and annual subscription paid with the
application rejected shall be refunded to the applicant.

3.
THE MAIN OBJECTS OF THE JAMAT :
a)
To develop and promote feelings of
unity and fraternity among the Chhipa Community in particular and among
citizen of India in general, irrespective of sex, caste and creed.
b)
To spread or promote education in
all branches of Arts, Science, Commerce and Technical education
including engineering, medical, scientific research etc. For this
purpose, to start, maintain, aid, assists or help by contribution of
funds, subsides or rendering services of any kind whatsoever to Schools,
Colleges, Universities, Seminars, Libraries, Study Centers, Hostels and
similar other institutions and/or establishments in India.
c)
To award scholarship by way of
grants and prizes to deserving and / or poor students irrespective of
sex, caste or creed.
d)
To establish, maintain, or
otherwise assist or help the poor and needy people by contribution of
funds or money or by otherwise rendering any services to help the people
in securing employment, business, profession, occupation or such
activities with a view to eradicate poverty and unemployment.
e)
To render, assist and help to the
person in need of medical treatment and for that purpose to establish,
maintain, aid or assist Hospitals, Dispensaries, Diagnostic centers,
Medical Camps, Sanatoriums or Health Resorts.
f)
To undertake, carryout, promote or
sponsor development programme for promoting the social and economic
welfare of the Chhipa Community in particular and of the citizen of
India in general.
To contribute to any charitable fund or any other
institute fund which are having the objects similar to the objects of
the Jamat.
